Ordering Information
WEBSITE
Orders can be placed on our website using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

TELEPHONE
If you would prefer to place your order with a sales representative please call toll free U.S. 1-800-828-2212 or 763-444-5825. Credit/debit card is the only payment method accepted via phone.


FAX
Orders are also gladly accepted 24 hours a day by fax. Please list the part number, quantity and color. It is always helpful to list the make/model/year of your vehicle. Include your name, billing and shipping address and phone number along with your form of payment. Fax: (763) 444-5985


Method of Payments
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All credit card orders must include the credit card number, expiration date, security code and cardholder's name and billing address as it appears on your statement. We verify all credit card orders and have the right to cancel and refund any order that might be fraudlent without notifing.

PayPal: You can use the PayPal express checkout option during checkout on the website.

Tax

Orders will be charged applicable sales tax based on each states requirements.

Shipping
We ship by USPS, SpeeDee Delivery, FedEx and many commercial truckline couriers. Most items will ship FedEx Ground. All shipping costs provided are for shipping within the continental US.

Larger items such as, windshields, rear back glasses and complete glass packages are shipped via commercial truckline. Truckline costs provided during checkout are an estimate and the actual shipping costs will be emailed prior to shipping and will need approval from the buyer. Truckline shipments delivered to California will have an additional $12.50 fee that the state of California has imposed on all truckline shipments entering the state.
If your order is shipping via truckline, a phone number is required at checkout. If one is not provided, your order will be held until one is. A phone number is needed for the truckline to contact someone at the delivery address to set up a delivery appointment. If the truckline is unable to do this and the shipment is returned to us, any additional shipping costs accrued due to the return of the package will be deducted from your refund.
The standard shipping charge from Auto City Classic does not include a lifte gate. If the driver offers you this service or you request it, you will be responsible for the additional fee. Other shipping actions that may cost additional monies, not included with the standard shipping offered by Auto City Classic include but are not limited to: reconsignment / redelivery fees, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, returned packages due to delivery issues, refused packages, limited access, unauthorized returns on our account, etc. 
All orders have a 3 business day handling time, unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns
All parts returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Any return must be made within 30 days and authorized previously. Please call prior to returning. Refunds are processed when the item is received and determined to be in sellable condition. If an item is returned in not new condition, you will not recieve a full refund; and the monies deducted will be at our discretion. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibilty, unless otherwise stated. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. 


Damage Claims 
It is the responsibility of the carrier for delivery of merchandise in good condition. If the box is damaged, please inspect the delivery in the presence of the carrier. If you receive an open or damaged package have the driver write "damage" on the delivery sheet.
Commercial truckline deliveries must be inspected upon receipt otherwise all claims are void. The truckline drivers will request a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your merchandise before signing. Once you sign, the truckline is no longer responsible for any damage visible or not visible.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipping claims must be reported within 24 hours. Please contact us to report damage 763-444-5880. If these procedures are not followed the carrier cannot be held liable for the claim on the damaged merchandise. 


Shortage Claims
In order for us to respond quickly to any shortage claims, you must notify us within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. We cannot be held responsible after 3 days.


Refused Shipments
Customers will be charged all shipping and storage charges plus 15% handling fee for all refused shipments.
