Damage and Return Policy

Damage Policy
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes items do arrive damaged. We will replace any damaged items, but please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
  • If a signature is not required and something is damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Truckline shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt before inspecting for damage the insurance will be void. If there is damage, please have the carrier note it on the delivery receipt before signing for it. If you cannot inspect the truckline shipment please note that on the receipt also.

Returns Policy
All products are returnable in good condition. If you wish to return a product because you do not need it, have changed your mind or ordered in error, you will be subject to the cost of the return shipping as well as the initial shipping (even on items with free shipping). If you are returning a product because it is defective or not as described you would not be subject to any charges. Exchanges and refunds are processed once we have received our item back in good condition, usually within 1-3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to refund the original payment method, you will be issued a check.
