Damage and Return Policy

Delivery Inspection and Damage Reporting

All packages are insured to the original shipping destination for 24 hours after delivery. Please inspect your shipment immediately for damage and accuracy. Please do not refuse a package.

• Please inspect all items in their entirety by removing all packaging materials, bubble wrap and paper. If damage is noticed, please notify us within the 24 hour window of delivery. All damage needs to be reported within 24 hours to file a claim. After 24 hours, the insurance is void and a claim can no longer be filed. We will need pictures of the damage to process a claim. If we are not available by phone after hours or on the weekend, you can contact us via email. Please do not refuse a package.

    • Box especially if damage is visible ex. crushed, opened, footprint, puncture marks
    • Packing materials removed from box and items
    • Shipping label with visible tracking number

• NOTE: Gas tanks are made from steel. They may arrive with dings, bent corners, scratches and other imperfections that do not diminish the functionality of the tank to do its job- hold fuel. A tank is a non-cosmetic addition to a vehicle and are not subject to claims or returns due to appearance issues.  

Inspection and Accuracy Policy:

All packages need to be inspected for accuracy within 24 hours of delivery. It is important to verify that all items listed in your order have been received correctly with no damage. If you notice an item is missing from your order, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of the delivery. Following this policy ensures that any discrepancies can be addressed in an appropriate time frame. If a back order is indicated on your invoice, you do not need to contact us. We will ship the back order when it is available.

Returns Policy:

You may return any product in unused condition within six months of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, you must provide a valid receipt as proof of purchase. 

If you are returning a product because you no longer need it, have changed your mind, or ordered incorrectly, please note that you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping fees, even if the item was shipped for free. However, if the product is defective or does not match its description, you will not be charged any shipping or original shipping fees.

Refunds are initiated once the returned item has been received in unused condition. Processing typically takes between five to seven business days. In cases where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, a check will be issued to you as an alternative payment.
