Damage and Return Policy

Damage Policy
It doesn't happen often, but sometimes items do arrive damaged. We will replace any damaged items, but please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
  • If a signature is not required and something is damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If we are not available by phone after hours or on the weekend, you can contact us via email. We will need pictures of the damage.
  • Truckline shipments are signature required and must be inspected immediately upon delivery with the driver present. If you sign the delivery receipt before inspecting for damage the insurance will be void and a claim cannot be filed. Your signature is taking full responsibility for the package as is. If there is damage, please have the delivery driver note it on the receipt before you sign for it. If you purchased a single item and it is damaged, you can note the damage on the receipt and refuse the package.  If you cannot inspect the truckline shipment please note that on the receipt also.

Returns Policy
All products are returnable in good condition. If you wish to return a product because you do not need it, have changed your mind or ordered in error, you will be subject to the cost of the return shipping as well as the initial shipping (even on items with free shipping). If you are returning a product because it is defective or not as described you would not be subject to any charges. Exchanges and refunds are processed once we have received our item back in good condition, usually within 1-3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to refund the original payment method, you will be issued a check.
