Cyclone

The Mercury Cyclone (1964–1971) was Mercury's muscle-era performance line — originally a Comet trim level (1964–1967), then a standalone Mercury intermediate (1968–1971). The 1969–1970 Cyclone Spoiler II (a NASCAR aero-warrior with the Boss 429 V8) and the 1969–1971 Cyclone CJ (with the 428 Cobra Jet) and Cyclone Spoiler are the standout muscle-era Mercurys.
