Ordering Information You may order online and choose from the following payments methods or if you do not wish to order online we have other options.
TELEPHONE orders are gladly accepted with all methods of payments toll free US & Canada 1-800-828-2212 or (763) 444-5825.
FAX orders are also gladly accepted 24 hours a day. Please list the part number, quantities, color and right or left when applies. Make sure to list the year and model of your card. Include your name, address and phone number along with your form of payment and fax to us at: (763) 444-5985.
MN residents must add 6.5% sales tax to all orders. Method of Payments Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard or American Express. All credit card orders must include the credit card number, expiration date, security code and cardholder's name and billing address as appears on your statement. Mail-In: US Checks or money orders sent to our office 28433 Highway 65 NE, Isanti, MN 55040. All returned checks will be charged a $ 20.00 processing fee. We ship by UPS and commercial truck line. UPS shipping costs provided on the website are for shipping within the United States. If your shipping address is outside the United States please send us your order by email or call. UPS shipping is used for most items on our website. Commercial Truck Line costs provided on the website are an estimate for shipping within the continental US and actual shipping costs will be provided either via email or by phone prior to shipping. Items that sent by truck lines are winshields, complete glass packages and a few back glasses. Returns All parts returned must be unused and in the original carton. Any return must be made within 30 days and authorized previously. Please call prior to returning.
Damage Claims It is the responsability of the carrier for delivery of merchandise in good condition. Please inspect all deliveries when possible in the presence of the carrier. If you receive an open or damaged package have the driver write "damage" on the delivery sheet. Commercial Truck Line deliveries must be inspected upon receipt otherwise all claims are void. The truck line drivers will request a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your merchandise before signing. Once you sign the truck line is no longer responsable for any damage visible or not visible. UPS Shipping claims must be reported within 24 hours. Contact your local UPS representative to report damage and that representative will contact us so we may take the proper action. If these proceedures are not followed the carrier cannot be held liable for the claim on the damaged merchandise. We do not have a high volume of glass breakage but it does happen now & then. Shortage Claims In order for us to respond quickly to any shortage claims, you must notify us within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. Anytime after this we cannot be held responsable.
